From time to time you may receive follow-up email or special offers from me, but I WILL NOT SELL your name, email address or any other privileged information to any corporation, organization or mailing list. I value you as a customer! I guarantee the quality of all prints I sell. I do not guarantee that the colors will be exactly what your computer shows. I use the same image from which your print was made to place on my web site. I personally examine, number, sign and pack each print. A generously large shipping tube will be used to insure that your print/prints will not be overly rolled. There will be a maximum of two prints per mailing tube to insure the highest quality. Orders of more than two prints will be shipped flat. I have a "no refund/exchange only" policy. Print/prints must be in good condition with the same materials and the same mailing tube in which the print/prints arrived before an exchange will be made. The new print/prints will be treated as a new order. No exchange after seven days of receipt. Mail all returns to: Robert S. Jones, P.O.
